What is covered

The first bottle of each product, on your first order.

If your first order contains one of each of our three products, all three product amounts can be covered. If you buy several bottles of the same product, only the first bottle is covered.

  • Who is covered: your first Solstela order, with one guarantee per customer

  • When to contact us: within 30 days of delivery, with your order number. For split shipments, each product's window starts when that product arrives

  • What we refund: the amount you actually paid, after discounts, for the first bottle of each product you ask us to cover

  • No return required: you do not need to send the covered products back

  • Shipping is excluded: shipping charges are not refunded. Applicable tax on the refunded amount is refunded as appropriate

How to claim it

Email us, answer one question, get the refund.

  1. Email info@solstela.com with your order number and which products are not for you.
  2. We reply within 1 business day with one short question about your experience.
  3. If you still want the refund, tell us. We do not require proof of results or repeated explanations.
  4. We issue the refund to your original payment method within 3 business days of your reply. Your bank may need additional time to post it.

It is a satisfaction refund on your first order, not a free bottle and not an unconditional risk-free promise.

It also does not limit your separate remedies. Damaged, defective, incorrect, lost or undelivered orders are handled under our refund policy, and the first-bottle limit does not apply to those.
