Where do you ship?
We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or international destinations.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $7.97 for orders under $80 and free for orders of $80 or more. Express uses the same threshold: $12.99 under $80 and $9.49 at $80 or more. Express is not available above $250 in merchandise after discounts; those orders ship standard. Available methods and estimates appear at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Supplier processing is currently estimated at 1-5 business days. After processing, estimated transit is 2-4 business days for standard shipping and 1-3 business days for express. These are estimates, not guarantees; carrier events can affect delivery.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us immediately. We cannot promise a change after fulfillment begins. The satisfaction guarantee does not replace the separate process for a damaged, wrong, missing or undelivered order.
What if my order is damaged, wrong, delayed or missing?
Email info@solstela.com with your order number and, for visible damage or a wrong item, clear photos of the package and product. These fulfillment problems are handled separately from the satisfaction guarantee.

What is Soft Landing for?
It is a face-and-neck oil for a simple softening step for dry-feeling skin. After cleansing, apply a few drops to the face and neck. It does not replace sunscreen, and we do not claim it treats a skin condition.
Is it the same as a moisturizer?
It is an oil-based leave-on product rather than a cream. You may use it as its own oil step or alongside a moisturizer you already like. If you prefer a cream or a plain oil, this product may not be the right fit.
What is in it?
Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil, Squalane, Magnolia Officinalis Bark Extract, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Bisabolol, Opuntia Ficus-Indica Stem Extract, Boswellia Carterii Oil. Check the final product label before use, especially if you have known sensitivities.
How do I use Daily Quench?
Apply a small amount to clean, dry skin and gently massage until absorbed. It is an optional water-based hydration step. Choose it when you want an additional hydration step.
How do I use the Eye Gel-Cream?
Once or twice daily, apply a dime-sized amount to the under-eye area and along the orbital bone. Avoid direct eye contact.
Are the products suitable for everyone?
We do not make a universal suitability claim. Review the ingredient list and directions. For external use only; avoid eye contact. If irritation develops, stop use. Keep out of reach of children and store in a cool, dry place where the product warning says so. Ask a qualified health professional about a personal medical concern.
Do I need to buy all three products?
No. Each product is available individually, and the hydration serum and eye gel-cream are optional additions. Choose the steps you want for your routine.

How does the money-back guarantee work?
On your first order, the first bottle of each distinct product is covered at the amount you actually paid. Contact us within 30 days of delivery. No return is required, and shipping charges are not refunded. Eligibility is limited to one first order per customer, assessed by email, shipping address and payment method. We ask one short check-in question and issue an eligible refund within 3 business days after your reply.
