These Terms govern use of solstela.com and purchases from Solstela, operated by SIA KVNCK. Mailing address: 600 N Broad Street, Suite 5 # 475, Middletown, DE 19709, United States. Contact: info@solstela.com.

Eligibility, products, and use

You must be legally capable of contracting. Follow the physical cosmetic label. Product formulas, packaging, images, availability, and labels may change prospectively; contact us if the site and the received label differ. Website content is general product information, not medical advice. Products are not offered to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Stop use and follow label directions if irritation occurs; seek professional or emergency care when appropriate.

Do not use the site unlawfully, fraudulently, to interfere with security, transmit malware, infringe rights, scrape abusively, impersonate another person, or resell without authorization.

Orders, prices, and shipping

Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes, shipping, discounts, and the final total appear at checkout. We may reject, limit, or cancel orders for payment failure, fraud, errors, unavailability, shipping restrictions, abuse, resale, or legal or regulatory reasons, and refund a paid unfulfilled cancellation as applicable.

Sales are U.S.-only excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Current shipping: USPS Ground Advantage $7.97 below $80 and free at $80+ after discounts; USPS Priority $12.99 below $80 and $9.49 at $80+, unavailable above $250 in merchandise after discounts. Express uses the same threshold as standard. Orders are generally processed in 1-5 business days. Carrier estimates are generally 2-4 business days for Ground Advantage and 1-3 for Priority. Processing and transit times are estimates, not guarantees. The Shipping Policy controls additional terms.

Refunds and guarantee

The Returns & Refunds Policy controls. The 30-day money-back guarantee covers the actual paid product amount, after discounts and including applicable product tax, for the first unit of each distinct product on one customer's first order. Request it within 30 days of that product's delivery. No return is required. Original shipping is excluded. Support asks one check-in question and issues an approved refund within 3 business days after the reply. For split deliveries, each product uses its own delivery date. Duplicate units of the same SKU are not covered.

Damage, defect, wrong item, loss or non-delivery, and non-waivable legal remedies are reviewed separately and are not limited by satisfaction-guarantee eligibility.

Subscriptions

No cosmetics subscription is currently offered. All current cosmetics purchases are one-time unless checkout expressly presents and obtains agreement to future recurring terms.

Services, intellectual property, and liability

We use providers including Shopify, payment processors, Supliful, carriers, support and communications tools, analytics, and advertising services. Solstela content and marks are owned by or licensed to SIA KVNCK and protected by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided as available, and SIA KVNCK is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing excludes or limits any liability, warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live are not waived or limited by these Terms.

Governing law and where disputes are handled

These Terms and any dispute arising from them or from your purchase are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the federal laws of the United States that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have jurisdiction, and you and SIA KVNCK each agree to that venue.

This does not take anything away from you. Mandatory consumer-protection rights under the law of the U.S. state where you live still apply, including any right to bring a claim in your own local small-claims court, and nothing here waives a right that cannot lawfully be waived. There is no arbitration requirement and no class-action waiver in these Terms.
