This policy explains how SIA KVNCK, operating Solstela, collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information when you visit solstela.com, place an order, contact support, or interact with our services.

Information and uses

We may collect contact, billing and shipping, order, payment-token and provider, support, device, browser and IP, cookie, store-interaction, marketing-preference, fraud-prevention, and review or survey information. We use it to operate and secure the store, process and fulfill orders, communicate, provide support and refunds, prevent fraud, measure and improve our services and marketing, honor your choices, keep business records, comply with tax, accounting, product-safety and regulatory duties, and establish or defend claims.

When a customer reports irritation or another adverse event, we may collect product-use and health-related details they voluntarily provide. We use those details only for safety intake, follow-up, supplier and lot investigation, insurer or legal review, regulatory reporting, corrective action, and related records. Please do not send an entire medical record unless it is specifically necessary. We do not use adverse-event details for advertising.

Providers and international processing

Our store runs on Shopify, and our providers process information for ecommerce hosting, payments, fraud prevention, Supliful manufacturing and fulfillment, carriers, email, support, analytics, advertising measurement, cloud records, and professional advice. SIA KVNCK is established outside the United States and serves U.S. customers, so information may be processed in the United States, the European Economic Area, and other provider locations using required transfer safeguards.

Shopify Network Intelligence is turned off on this store. It is a Shopify setting that would let your data be used together with other Shopify data to improve products, ad targeting, and personalization, as described in Shopify's Additional Services Terms. We disabled it on September 20, 2026, so your information is not contributed to it. If we ever turn it on, we will say so here before we do. The opt-out page described below remains available either way.

Cookies and marketing

We may use essential, preference, analytics, fraud, attribution, and advertising technologies. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our store through behavioral metrics, heatmaps and session replay; Microsoft collects this data with cookies and similar technologies and handles it under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. We do not currently display a cookie consent banner, because Shopify's assessment for the regions we sell to does not require one; if that changes, or if we begin selling to a region that requires one, we will show it.

We publish a data sharing opt-out page at solstela.com/pages/data-sharing-opt-out, which is currently active in California, Colorado and 13 other states. Use it to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising. Marketing email includes an unsubscribe method; necessary order, safety, and service messages may still be sent.

Retention and security

We retain information for the period reasonably needed for the stated purpose and for legal, tax, accounting, fraud, dispute, and regulatory obligations. Cosmetic adverse-event records are retained for six years unless a longer applicable need controls. Access to health-related safety records is restricted to people and providers with a need to know. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, object, withdraw consent, appeal, or opt out of defined sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Mandatory rights are not waived.

To exercise a right, email info@solstela.com with the subject Privacy Request. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we will ask only for what is needed to do that. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written authorization from you. If we decline a request, we will say why, and you may appeal by replying to that decision; we will review the appeal and respond in writing. For opt-outs of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, the data sharing opt-out page is the fastest route.

Children

The store and our cosmetics are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for purchasing.
